When a group of physicians set out to merge their four respective neurology practices into a  new practice in northeast Florida, they were faced with combining the on-call schedules for four locations with 40 neurologists and four different systems, policies and procedures. They needed a system that everyone could buy into and would be working efficiently when they needed it.  They found it and on the day the physicians signed the legal paperwork, they had call scheduled out through the end of the year and plans for the coming year.
